1 About BuyAnythings.in

BuyAnythings.in is an online marketplace for digital products. We sell eBooks, templates, tools, courses, and other digital goods via UPI payments. All products are delivered electronically.

2 Eligibility

To use BuyAnythings.in, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if you are younger.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Provide accurate account and payment information.

3 Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorised access.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4 Purchases & Payments

• All payments are made via UPI (Unified Payments Interface).
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
• By submitting an order, you confirm that the payment details and proof submitted are accurate.
• Submitting false payment screenshots or UTR numbers is fraud and may result in account termination and legal action.
• We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion and issue a full refund.

5 Digital Product Licence

When you purchase a product on BuyAnythings.in, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal or internal business purposes.

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute or share the product with others.
• Upload the product to any file-sharing, torrent or cloud platform for public access.
• Remove copyright notices or attribution from the product.
• Claim the product as your own creation.

Violation of these licence terms may result in account termination and legal action.

6 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use automated bots, scrapers or scripts on our platform.
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access restricted areas.
• Submit fraudulent payment proofs or manipulated screenshots.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse our system.
• Use our platform for any unlawful purpose.

7 Limitation of Liability

BuyAnythings.in is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our platform.
• Loss of data, profits or business arising from temporary downtime or service interruptions.
• Any errors or omissions in product descriptions.

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in dispute.

8 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

9 Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of BuyAnythings.in after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
