What is BuyAnyThings.in?
BuyAnyThings.in is a digital marketplace where you can purchase source code, website templates, scripts, UI kits, digital tools, bundles and other digital products.
How can I pay for my order?
We currently support UPI payments. After making your payment, your transaction is verified before the order is processed and the digital product is delivered.
How will I receive my digital product?
Once your payment has been successfully verified, your order is processed and the purchased digital product is delivered through the delivery method specified for that product.
How long does digital delivery take?
Delivery time can vary depending on the product and order. Many products are delivered quickly after payment verification. If your order requires additional processing, our team may contact you or provide an update.
What if my payment was deducted but I did not receive my order?
Don't worry. Contact our support team with your order details and payment reference. We will verify the transaction and either complete your order or provide an appropriate resolution.
Can I get a refund?
Digital purchases are generally final because products can be accessed or delivered electronically. However, refunds may be considered for genuine issues such as duplicate payments, non-delivery or a significant product problem. Please review our Refund Policy for complete details.
What should I do if my product does not work?
Please contact us with your order information and explain the problem. Where possible, we will help troubleshoot the issue, provide the necessary instructions or offer another appropriate solution.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Account requirements may vary depending on how your store is configured. If an account is required for a particular purchase, the checkout process will guide you through the necessary steps.
Is my payment information secure?
We take reasonable measures to protect your information and process orders securely. Payment transactions are handled through the available payment method and we do not intentionally store sensitive payment credentials such as your UPI PIN.
