Refund Policy

Since our products are digital and can be accessed or delivered electronically, completed purchases are generally non-refundable. However, we may issue a refund when there is a genuine problem with the product or order.
Product Problems
If a purchased product is corrupted, inaccessible, significantly different from its description, or does not work as reasonably described, please contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate solution.
Duplicate Payments
If you were charged more than once for the same order due to a duplicate payment, please contact us with your transaction details. After verification, the duplicate amount may be refunded.
Failed Payments
If your UPI payment was debited but your order was not successfully created or delivered, please contact us. We will verify the transaction and either complete your order or process an eligible refund.
