Refund Policy

1 Digital Products — No Refund After Delivery
All products sold on BuyAnythings.in are digital goods. Once a download link has been issued and the file has been accessed, we are unable to offer a refund as the product has already been delivered and consumed.
This policy is in line with standard digital goods consumer protection rules and is necessary to prevent abuse.
2 When We Will Refund
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same order.
- Payment not received but charged: Your UPI app shows the payment was deducted but we have no record of it and no download link was sent.
- Corrupt or broken file: The downloaded file is corrupt, password-protected without a provided key, or fundamentally different from what was described.
- Order cancelled before approval: You request cancellation before we have approved and issued the download link.
3 When We Cannot Refund
- You changed your mind after downloading the product.
- You purchased the wrong product — please check product descriptions before buying.
- Your device does not support the file format (PDF, ZIP, EPUB etc.).
- You found the product cheaper elsewhere after purchase.
4 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@buyanythings.in with the following details:
- Your order reference number (e.g. ORD-20250001)
- Your UPI UTR number
- The reason for your refund request
- Any supporting screenshots or evidence
We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. If approved, refunds are processed back to the original UPI account within 5–7 business days.
5 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of BuyAnythings.in after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
